I value my commitment to creating a great experience for both my guest and myself. The following are the policies for booking your appointment. 


Booking opens at 12PM on the 15th of every month, for the next month. All appointments require a $50 deposit that is taken at the time of booking and will be contributed to your total. All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits cannot be held for future appointments. If you cannot make it to your appointment, deposit can be transferred ONE TIME if notified/rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time. If your appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours of service, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

All appointments have a 15 minute grace period, after this time your appointment will be cancelled. If you do not cancel or do not show up for appointment, the card on file will be charged for the full amount of the service(s).

Cancellations can only be made via website, text or email. No direct messages via social media will count as cancellation.

Services balances can be paid via credit/debit card, Zelle, or cash on the day of your appointment.
