BOOKING POLICIES

STUDIO POLICIES

DEPOSITS: At the time of booking, you will be charged a $50 deposit fee which will be credited towards the balance of your service. All deposits are non-refundable.  

RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule up to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment using your confirmation email at the bottom of the page. If you do not see a date available, that date is full. You may reschedule ONE TIME without forfeiting your deposit. Less than 24 hours notice is considered a late cancellation and will result in a loss of your deposit. 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can only be made via website, text or email up to 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. No call/no show will result in being charged full amount for the service(s) booked via credit card on file. No direct messages via social media will count as cancellation. (Cancellation does not mean your deposit will be refunded). 

GRACE PERIOD: Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and deposit fee will be lost. In order to reschedule, you will have to make another deposit.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmations are sent at the time of booking and confirmations are sent 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time, by email, to the contact email given at the time of booking.  

REFUNDS: Chanel Stylez Studio DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you feel that there was an error with your service, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment and we will happily get you in to make the needed adjustments. Any adjustments requests after 72 hours will not be accommodated. Any adjustment would need to be scheduled within seven days after notifying the salon. 

BALANCE: Services balances can be paid via credit/debit card, Zelle, or cash on the day of your appointment.
